I was 100% satisfied with the legal representation I received from Mr. Meng regarding an estate matter in Charles County. He was always quick in replying to my phone calls and e-mails. He was a good listener. He was thoughtful, detailed, and thorough in providing legal advice and the available plans of attack before us. He was straightforward and easy to understand in offering his legal advice and recommendations for how best to proceed. He absolutely delivered in providing the best possible outcome and he did so in a most timely fashion. In fact, he promptly produced an outcome that a much bigger law firm based in Annapolis had said could not be achieved. His legal fees were fair and reasonable.
